I delivered a training. Five years later, one of the participants connected with me and shared how the experience had transformed his professional landscape. Best results are achieved slowly and steadily, this reminds me that training sessions can have long lasting impacts and continues to encourage me. 

I have a large rose wood desk with black leather lining. At the center of it, I have a small monitor screen, with a printer sitting on the left hand side. It’s usually clean unless my children leave their books on it and decide to work in my office!

I believe very strongly in the fundamental idea that it is not the places you are that build memories, but the people you’re with, regardless of where you are. An exceptional holiday for me is one which is unplanned and impulsive, because I enjoy the surprises in life. As long as everyone else around me is having a good time, I have a good time as well. Smiling faces and peaceful minds make my holidays exceptionally good.

I was presenting at a conference with collar mike and ran to rest room during tea break but forgot to switch off the microphone. You can imagine…………..

Any errors that are associated with the learning process are excusable in my book. I believe that a fundamental part of learning is to make mistakes. The more errors someone makes, the better they’ll know how to deal with it in the future.

My biggest role model is Nelson Mandela, his struggle to get justice although its delayed justice but his perseverance is unmatchable.

I was 12 years old when I travelled out of the city with my father to attend the biggest carnival. We listened to music and bonded over aromatic delicacies.
